Waheda Khan is a Certified Chartered Secretary with more than 18 years of experience in dealing with issues of risk, governance, regulatory compliance, and performance management. She has detailed knowledge of and hands-on experience in company secretarial functions, the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), the Medical Schemes Act, National Treasury and corporate governance Regulations and provisions. Waheda's ability to communicate complex regulatory requirements at all levels, develop and implement frameworks, processes and plans in the areas of risk and performance information management and manage secretarial functions, make her an indispensable member of the team.
