We make it our mission to provide our clients with the best solution based on a process of information gathering and selecting the best mix of technical expertise to address a specific issue. There is no financial commitment on your side until you accept our proposal.
There are three different models of engagement, and our hourly rates vary depending on the model which best suits your needs. Our retainer model is normally the most cost-effective as it allows us to offer reduced rates on a sliding scale depending on the block of hours you wish to procure.
Should you identify a need to retain our services for a set period, a retainer agreement must be signed for specific Rand-value per month. Such retainers are entered at a reduced rate per hour, and the client secures a block of hours per month, payable monthly in advance, for a specified period.
A block of time can then be used to secure the services of Durham & Associates for any standard regulatory intervention, opinion or advice as set out in our Solutions section.
A block of time excludes all non-standard, critical, urgent or “burner” issues which may arise as a result of transgression or non-compliance and which require immediate intervention. It also does not include any work outside of normal working hours (8AM to 5PM).
Any intervention required outside the scope of the block of time will be charged at our normal hourly rate.
Our clients are also free to engage with us on an individual project basis.
In such cases, a single project fee is calculated and submitted to the client for consideration as part of the project proposal.
In urgent or burner cases, Durham & Associates charges the full hourly consultancy fees until the needs of the client have been amicably addressed.
